MAASFEP will be conducting their annual Fall Conference on October 7th and 8th, 2010, at the Northland Inn in Brooklyn Park. This is an invitation to you to be an exhibitor at the conference on Thursday, October 7th.

Conference attendees will be superintendents, principals, Title I, Title II, ELL educators and MDE personnel. The attendees serve in various capacities such as federal program managers, curriculum & instruction directors, technology leaders, and members of other purchasing departments within their school systems. A large number of school districts in Minnesota will be represented at this conference.

• Allocation of display tables and exhibit booths at each conference is at the sole discretion of the MAASFEP organization. Preference is given to highest sponsor levels and date of contract submission.
• Confirmation will be sent by email within one week of receipt of contract and check.
• All sponsorship purchases are nonrefundable.
• All companies wishing to sponsor private functions for attendees including meetings, special events, sales presentations, social hours, dinners, or receptions during the MAASFEP Conference must plan such activities during non-conference hours.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS OCTOBER 4, 2010. Payments received after October 4th will incur a $100 late fee.
